 Aerobloks
February 10, 2009 has been dubbed “National Bankruptcy Day” for many due to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
This law impacts everything that a 12-year old and younger child touches regardless of material (cloth, wood, plastic, etc).
Even though AeroBloks had always been tested and in compliance with the ASTM-F963 levels of phthalate and were produced before the law was passed in August last year, as of now it is labeled “hazardous”.
