| |  | Purhase Order Account SetupWe allow corporations to set up Purchase Order Accounts with our store to better suit their company's purchasing policies. In order to set up a Purchase Order account with our store please print the "Purchase Order Agreement" and "Credit Application", then complete the forms and fax or mail them back to us for review.
Once we have you set up in our system you may place your first order by mailing a company check payable to "4 the Kids Toy Store" along with a completed order form. When all funds have cleared we will ship the product. (If you need your product delivered sooner you will need to call us and make special arrangements.) For all future orders you can just place your order via fax or email and we will ship it right away followed by an invoice.
